As you can see, Grok has decided to plant a tree in front of one of the stands, probably getting confused with Nottingham Forest’s badge. The pitch also hasn’t been laid down yet either. In the first image, fans are stood up which seems to suggest safe standing has been implemented. The stadium has a more modern-look to it than The City Ground and all stands have two tiers to them.
According to The Athletic, development plans for Forest’s home have been put in place for 2026. If Nottingham Forest were to get into Europe, that could push along proposals to make their ground bigger.
The club have previously said: "Any decision to purchase the freehold will be entirely conditional on Nottingham Forest first being granted the relevant permissions that will allow us to realise our hugely ambitious plans for a significantly larger stadium capacity, world-class hospitality spaces and associated substantial real estate development in the vicinity of the ground."
What now for Nottingham Forest?
Nottingham Forest are back in action are back in action this weekend with an away trip to Newcastle United. They lost 2-1 away at Fulham last time out and will be looking to bounce back.
Speaking after their defeat to the Whites, Nuno said: “It was a tough game. First half, Fulham caused us a lot of problems and were in control of the game. We were able to get back in the game with Chris’ goal, which he made by himself. We started the second half well but then we started losing duels and allowed Fulham too many set-pieces, which caused us problems.”
They played a back three and their manager said: “The idea of the formation was to have an extra body and try to control things better. What we anticipated, and what was the reality, was that Fulham’s strength is having good players in wide areas. And then they occupy the box well. The idea of having an extra body to control that situation didn’t happen. Unfortunately it didn’t work out.”
