Celtic sign Liverpool gem and new striker in monster £27m transfer window second half prediction
Celtic are preparing for the start of the new 2025/26 Scottish Premiership season
Celtic won the Scottish Premiership title once again last season ahead of rivals Rangers. They will be hoping to do the same again in the next campaign. The Hoops will also be aiming to progress further in Europe as well if they can.

Brendan Rodgers has the chance to sign some more players this summer. He also has the opportunity to let some individuals head out the exit door as well if needed. With that in mind, here is a look how AI predicts the rest of their window to go...
The next signings Celtic are predicted to make this summer
Celtic have been predicted to sign midfielder Tyler Morton from Liverpool. The England youth international was valued at £20million 12 months ago and ended up staying put at Anfield. However, his future on Merseyside is up in the air at this moment in time.
Morton, 22, has been on the book of the Reds for his whole career to date and has risen up through their academy ranks. He has made 14 appearances for their first-team to date. The Wirral-born man has also had loan spells away at Blackburn Rovers and Hull City to get some experience under his belt in the Championship.
The Hoops have been backed to snap up striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin on a free transfer by AI. Everton have cut ties with the ex-Sheffield United man recently. He will be weighing up his next move right now as a free agent and has a big decision to make.
Calvert-Lewin is an experienced forward who would give Rodgers another option to pick from at the top end of the pitch. At the age of 28, he still has plenty of years left in him if he can stay injury free. He played 274 games during his time with the Toffees and scored 71 goals.
Celtic have also been tipped to sign former Aberdeen attacker Bojan Miovski by AI. He was sold by the Dons for £7million last year when Girona came calling. However, he has struggled to make an impact in Spain and may well move on already.
Players predicted to leave Celtic this summer
AI reckons Celtic will cut ties with winger Marco Tilio on a permanent basis. He rocked up in Scotland 2023 but his time in Glasgow hasn’t gone to plan. Prior to his transfer, he caught the eye playing Down Under for Melbourne City. However, he hasn’t been able to nail down a place in the Hoops’ team and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him depart. The 23-year-old has made 10 caps for the Australia national team. He would benefit from a change of scene.
Centre-back Stephen Welsh is another player who AI think will part company with Celtic. He was given the green light to spend the second-half of last term on loan at Mechelen in Belgium. The defender has since returned to his parent club for pre-season. He is down the pecking order at Celtic Park and isn’t first choice in his position. Therefore, a departure would likely suit all parties involved. It would help free up space and funds in Rodgers’ squad to pave the way for reinforcements.
